OSH Community Partners Program

Business thrives on the connections you make with customers and clients and partnering with the Old Stone House Museum can help. As a Community Business Partner, you have opportunities to engage with museum constituents who appreciate learning about history in a unique setting—and value business partners who demonstrate a commitment to their community through engagement with us.

Partnering with the Old Stone House Museum not only permits you to make charitable donations that support a treasure in your own back yard, but also enriches the lives of your employees and helps engage clients.  Our newly organized Business Partnership Program allows companies of all sizes to participate and receive valuable benefits.  New this year is our BUSINESS PARTNER DIRECTORY– an exclusive list of Community Business Partners by category, which will be listed on our website and distributed to visitors wishing to purchase goods and services in the area.  Depending upon member level, other benefits include client guest passes, free facilities rentals, enhanced advertising opportunities, sponsorships that include tickets to special events, and much more.

‘Most importantly, all Community Business Partners have the satisfaction of knowing that they can make history happen by helping to preserve an historic neighborhood with 55 acres of farmland, heirloom gardens and apple orchard, as well as our unique permanent collection of antique objects and important archival documents.  In the coming year, Old Stone House Community Business Partners will help support an archeological survey to provide hands-on learning experiences for children and adults; the construction of pathways to provide handicapped access to historic buildings; and help underwrite our participation in the NEA’s Blue Start Program that will offer free admission to active-duty military personnel and their families from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Great things can happen when businesses partner with museums to make a positive impact.  With your help, the Old Stone House Museum will be able provide

COMMUNITY VALUE by encouraging pride of place through knowledge of the past

ECONOMIC VALUE by contributing to the success of tourism and the cultural economy

EDUCATIONAL VALUE by creating hands-on learning opportunities for all ages

Discover what a philanthropic investment in the Old Stone House Museum can do for your business and your community—and for the community your children and grandchildren will inherit.  The Old Stone House Museum teaches people not only about their past, but also about their present and future.  Please join us in making this happen!

Thank you!
