Fermenting Vegetables and more with Connie MacFarlane NEW! July 7th, 9am-12pm This course will provide you with basic knowledge of vegetable fermentation.  From sauerkraut to spiced beets fermentation transforms the ordinary to probiotic rich deliciousness.  The participates will leave with basic instructions for fermentation, recipes, the basic equipment to start your own and a jar of Sauerkraut with a choice of added spices to take home and ferment yourself.  We will also taste test some of the recipes.  This is a great way to increase health and have a way to preserve summers bounty. $95.00 (Includes equipment and handouts)
