DESCRIPTION:Learn how to incorporate a number of wild foods and herbs such as acorns\, yellow dock seeds\, nettle leaf\, and polypore mushrooms into some culinary delights\, such as chocolate milk\, to name one. This hands-on kitchen class combines learning\, connection to the landscape\, creativity\, and a fun mess to clean up in the end. \n  \nSaturday\, April 18th\, 2026 | 10:30am-12:30pm\nElliot Cluba\, owner of Herbs and Arrows primitive skills school\, returns to the museum to share his mastery of edible local plants and his love of botany with our families. If you have not had the chance to meet Elliot\, don’t miss this opportunity to work with an excellent guest educator and learn about the plants that grow around you. \n  \nSpace is limited  |  To register\, send an email to outreach@oldstonehousemuseum.org with the names and ages of the children you wish to bring and a phone number. We will send a confirmation email if there is space on the roster for your family.
