Join us for Opening Day on Saturday, May 21 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM! To celebrate, we are having a FREE open house and ice cream. Knowledgeable staff and volunteers will be available to tell you a bit about the museum’s collections and Alexander Lucius Twilight who built the Old Stone House.
To round out your day at the museum be sure to check out the many buildings in Historic Brownington Village and the one mile+ Twilight Educational Trail that includes a walk to the top of scenic Prospect Hill—where the views are truly one of a kind. Please consider joining us and exploring all the museum has to offer during our FREE Opening Day event.

We owe a huge thanks to H.P. Hood for the free ice cream and to the Pick and Shovel for the ice cream cones. Thank you to both businesses for their generous support of our opening event.
