The Orleans County Historical Society has received a grant from the Vermont Division for Historic Preservation to enable us to repair damaged plaster and do some much needed painting in the interior of the Old Stone House. The building will be open for inspection on Tuesday April 5, 2022, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Bids for the plastering, painting or both should be received no later than 5:00 PM on Friday April 15, 2022.
All contractors must submit a current “Certificate of Insurance” to be placed on file with the state through the term of the contract. The state insurance requirements are included in this announcement as well as a Scope of Work. Please contact us to receive a copy of both or for further information.
