Join the staff of Salvation Farms and baker Gillian D’Acierno by looking at how, historically, people always ate locally out of necessity, and developed different ways to preserve food for the winter and why this may be a wise choice for us today. We will delve into making a fun recipe such as pumpkin ravioli and leave you with cooking and baking ideas for the rest of winter and calendar year. 8 to 12 yr olds.
