In this hands-on class we will learn to fully process acorns into a delicious user-friendly flour before creating some culinary delights to enjoy while discussing propagating this magical seed for future generations of countless beings to enjoy.

Instructor, Elliot Cluba, is the owner of Herbs and Arrows primitive skills school. Elliot teaches wilderness and primitive skills, martial arts, herbalism, basketry and holistic health. He lives in Montgomery with his wife and two daughters. A popular instructor here at the museum who has taught birch basketry classes and has been a participant in our Fall Fiber Faire.
